You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and have the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our client base.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage daily correspondences with our clients across all platforms and channels
• Stay on the edge of the latest community platform trends, best practices and technologies;
• Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
• Process customer queries into sales & manage incoming payments.
• Liaising with courier partners and problem solving
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Building relationships with customers and upselling via Whatsapp sales channels
• Liaising with courier partners and problem solving for difficult deliveries

Key Requirements:

• Hands on experience with community management
• Experience in digital retail and/or e-commerce
• Excellent knowledge of online best practices & etiquette
• Experience with digital and in-person client communication
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Pro-active and able to show initiative and deliver innovative ideas which constantly improve the customer experience.
• Team player and able to build good professional cross-functional relationships with peers and team management in multicultural and fast-paced environment
• Great interpersonal and communication and writing skills
• Proven ability to communicate with senior management

Minimum Entry Requirements: 

• Grade 12
• Sales related tertiary qualification advantageous
• At least 2 – 3 years’ Hospitality and Retail or Fashion experience desired
• 3-5 Years’ previous customer service management experience
• Must have reliable transport to commute to and from the store

Main Duties: 

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Achieve personal / store sales targets every month consistently
• Utilise product knowledge to promote sales
• Demonstrate a high level of contribution in working with others to make the team successful in achieving store sales targets
• Work with team members and share knowledge and experiences for the benefit of the overall sales effort and development of the store
